Here's exactly what to expect, from start to finish.
Step 1: Get Your Quote
Everything starts with our online quote calculator. Enter your event date, time, location, and a few basic details, and you'll get an instant price — no waiting for a callback, no hidden fees. The quote includes the trailer rental, delivery, setup, all supplies, and pickup.
Our pricing is based on the duration of your rental and the distance from our base in Fresno, California. Events within 50 miles get free delivery. Beyond that, a distance-based delivery fee is clearly shown in your quote. Multi-day rentals automatically receive a discount.
Step 2: Secure Your Date
When you're ready to book, a refundable $100 deposit locks in your date. You can pay securely online with a credit or debit card. Once your deposit is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking, including your event dates, pricing breakdown, and a booking reference number.
Your date is now reserved on our calendar, and you can relax knowing this piece of your event planning is handled.
Step 3: Pre-Event Coordination
About 48 hours before your event, we'll reach out to confirm the delivery details. We'll verify the site address, discuss the best placement for the trailer, and confirm access for our delivery vehicle. If you have specific preferences for where the trailer should be positioned, this is the time to let us know.
We'll also confirm that the site has a reasonably flat area of about 30 by 10 feet for the trailer, and a clear path at least 10 feet wide for delivery.
Step 4: Delivery and Setup
On the day of your event, we arrive well ahead of your start time — typically 1–2 hours early. Our team professionally positions and levels the trailer, connects any utilities if needed, stocks all supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, air freshener), and runs a complete quality check.
Before we leave, we do a walkthrough to make sure everything meets our standards. The climate control is set, the sound system is ready for your Bluetooth connection, and every stall is spotless. Setup takes about 30–45 minutes.
Step 5: Your Event
This is the easy part — for you, at least. The trailer runs on its own throughout your event. Guests enter through separate men's and women's entrances, use real flushing toilets and running water sinks, enjoy the climate-controlled interior, and leave impressed.
You don't need to do anything. No monitoring, no restocking, no worrying. Just enjoy your event.
Step 6: Pickup
After your event wraps up, we return to pick up the trailer at a time that works for you. The remaining balance (your total minus the $100 deposit) is due at delivery, payable by cash or card. That's it — no surprise charges, no cleanup required on your end.
